One of the standout items on the menu is, of course, their shawarma. Prepared fresh daily with high-quality meats, the shawarma is seasoned with a perfect blend of spices, making every bite a burst of flavor. The marinated chicken and lamb are cooked to tender perfection and served in warm, soft pita bread, along with fresh vegetables, hummus, and tahini. Shawarma Al Nour doesn’t shy away from its roots, delivering an experience that's as close to authentic as you can get in Panama.

If you prefer something a bit lighter, their falafel is another must-try dish. These crispy, golden-brown balls are packed with flavor, thanks to a blend of chickpeas, garlic, and spices. Whether you enjoy them on their own or in a wrap, they offer a delightful crunch that pairs perfectly with the creamy hummus and cool yogurt sauce. Shawarma Al Nour takes great pride in using fresh ingredients, ensuring each dish is made with care and attention to detail.

In addition to shawarma and falafel, the restaurant offers a variety of other Middle Eastern classics. From hearty hummus and baba ganoush to rich tabbouleh, the dishes are well-executed and flavorful. Their freshly made salads and appetizers provide the perfect balance to the main courses, allowing diners to mix and match flavors for a complete meal. The menu also includes a selection of beverages, including refreshing mint tea that complements the flavors of the meal perfectly.

What makes Shawarma Al Nour even more special is its location on Vía Argentina, one of the most bustling areas in Panama City. This is casual Shawarma place with meals made per order. We took take out during Christmas holiday season when other restaurants were closing early but this stayed open. Good option for a no frills quick food.

The food was fresh, prepared in-house and high quality. The owners are very friendly and service is good. The tabbouleh had plenty of lime which I love.

This is a nice little restaurant tucked away in El Cangrejo area de Panama. I just grabbed an empenada de queso and fries for a quick bite. It was ok. Too much cheese but I got what I asked for . The guy working there was nice and attentive. He understood my limited Spanish as well so, all and all, it was a good experience!????????

Great halal food. The chicken shawarma was tasty and fresh. Those grape leaf dumplings were amazing. The owner, Br Jihad, took great care of us. Even their ice tea tasted so good. So happy to find a nice halal place in Panama City.

Great food and great price! I've gone here twice and I have not been disappointed with the quality of the food nor the friendliness of the owner. He worked with our sometimes limited Spanish and was super nice. I also love that it's open late and not far at all from some of the nearby hotels!
